  On 1-5-22, what appeared to be multiple DLNR Police boats being operated by armed DOCARE Officers, approached the warship “Hawaii” under the Command of Colonel Lilikoi, S. K. and proceeded to unlawfully seize the emergency safety vessel that was tethered to the warship. Prior to this engagement, DLNR Officers at Pokai bay confirmed the war vessel to be departing the area and not in violation of any State of Hawaii boating laws and not violating any mooring regulations. The phone call between DOCARE Officers within this video piece reveals the internal miscommunication, jurisdiction confusion and a substantial lack of justification for the taking of the emergency safety vessel. A heavily armed DLNR DOCARE Officer unlawfully detains Corporal Hicks of O.F.H.ARMY on 1-29-21 committing various war crimes against lawful military combatants who are working as allies with the US Military Occupying Forces to facilitate peace in the Country of Hawaii. The DLNR DOCARE Officers "raided" a humanitarian aid relief post where O.F.H.ARMY Officers were distributing water, food and facilitating repatriation assistance to those living in the occupation. DLNR DOCARE stole two tents, tables, chairs, clipboards, pens and two megaphones from the post which was established for the sole purpose of providing education and rendering aid to civilians in the Country of Hawaii.  DLNR DOCARE Officers then proceeded on to the ocean to actively purpose Col. Lilikoi, S. K. who was sailing outside of Waikiki and attempted to post his vessel with various notices. This blog post is to recap the fact that Hawaii’s monarchy and most prominent Hawaiian leaders have always made conscious decisions to prevent foreign domination of Hawaii by gaining legitimacy in forms recognized by the world. Occupied Forces Hawaii Army, under the Command of Col. Lilikoi, S.K. has been positioned on O'ahu and engaging with the State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources since December 2021 as part of various military operations to expose the armed insurgency and hostilities that have been occurring by land and sea by DLNR / DOCARE Officers who did commit war crimes upon these lawful military combatants over the last few weeks which have been documented internally and with the help of Honolulu Police Department.  On the evening of 1-3-22 at 20:00, the Country of Hawaii’s first Army Corps since 1893 - lead by Corporals holding the appropriate ensigns, marched up to the US Indo-Pacific Command to deliver a copy of the Declaration of the State of War that was signed on 1-17-21 between the Commander of Hawaii’s Military Government and Lieutenant Beaumont of the US Navy’s Special Warfare Unit. The conduct of armed hostilities on land is regulated by the laws of land warfare which is both written and unwritten. It is inspired by the desire to diminish the evils of war by: a. In 2019, the State of Hawaii attempted to prosecute Col. Lilikoi, S.K. for lack of boating registration documents. The resulted disposition was an Acquittal as they lacked the appropriate jurisdiction to rightfully prosecute a lawful military combatant. This was the opening case to substantiate O.F.H.ARMY's standing within the context of the defected State of Hawaii Insurgency's judicial system.

In March of 2021, Col. Lilikoi, S. K. established Hawaii's first ARMY CORPS since 1893. Occupied Forces Hawaii Army is comprised of Lawful Military Combatants under a Non-Combatant Command.  Col. Lilikoi, S.K., Lt. Col. Kihapiilani and Military Officers of I CORPS HQ, I CORPS MAUI, I CORPS MOLOKAI, I CORPS OAHU, and I CORPS KAUAI.

The Hawaiian Army and Navy developed in the late 1700s by the warriors of Hawai‘i, and primarily under Kamehameha I who unified all islands in 1810 using both traditional canoes and uniforms including helmets made of natural materials. He later employed other advanced technologies harnessed when Europeans that were captured became citizens, friends and advisors to him. Kamehameha recruited these immigrants to help conquer the other island Kingdoms in Hawai‘i, which did result in formation of the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands by expedite of that western military knowledge. This aided in his first engagements with European powers.
