O.F.H.ARMY Military Officer's Perspective

Captain Hueu of I CORPS MAUI expresses her opinion on the necessity to fulfill the obligation of serving for Hawaii's first Military Government body since 1893:

We take these steps so that our indigenous agricultural restorations and community building across Hawai‘i will no longer be criminalized but instead, can be interpreted as part of our military duties to ensure an equitable distribution of necessities such as land, water, food, fuel, shelter and medicine for all Subjects of Hawai‘i living within the occupation. Occupied Forces Hawaii Army aims to restore law and order by working with the U.S. Military who is identified as the foreign belligerent in this war - with a common goal to end revolving excuses by the unlawful government regime State of Hawaii insurgency for their unacceptable lack of support for stream restoration and small, organic, subsistence Kalo farmers. Hawaii’s Military Government is exercised by virtue of and in accordance with rules of International Law which requires, and military necessity dictates, the just and reasonable treatment of the inhabitants of occupied territory therefore the economic and environmental decay posed by the State of Hawaii insurgency and their putrid mismanagement of Hawai‘i must come to a close. It is our responsibility to advocate for a treaty of peace with the U.S. to uphold the rights of Hawai‘i and its Subjects by employing key protections cited within the Department of the Army Law of Land Warfare, Field Manual 27-10 which are the only legal laws during occupation. Recall that the State of Hawaii (insurgency) and the U.S. (foreign belligerent) are two entirely different parties within the scope of Hawaii’s occupation. The State of Hawaii is directly responsible for all mismanagement, they are the housing that negotiates land lease terms / leniencies for all the the large corporations committing hewa upon our shores. Clarify in this day and age, who the real enemy is before you burn the flag of a Country that enables your day to day rights and privileges. Yes, U.S. forces and their operations positioned in Hawai‘i and around the world need to evolve but it could be held to do so if it only had a responsible landlord instead of the money-hungry insurgency government that is the State of Hawaii.
