Lawless internal affairs at DOCARE exposed
On 1-5-22, what appeared to be multiple DLNR Police boats being operated by armed DOCARE Officers, approached the warship “Hawaii” under the Command of Colonel Lilikoi, S. K. and proceeded to unlawfully seize the emergency safety vessel that was tethered to the warship. Prior to this engagement, DLNR Officers at Pokai bay confirmed the war vessel to be departing the area and not in violation of any State of Hawaii boating laws and not violating any mooring regulations. The phone call between DOCARE Officers within this video piece reveals the internal miscommunication, jurisdiction confusion and a substantial lack of justification for the taking of the emergency safety vessel.
