  On 1-5-22, what appeared to be multiple DLNR Police boats being operated by armed DOCARE Officers, approached the warship “Hawaii” under the Command of Colonel Lilikoi, S. K. and proceeded to unlawfully seize the emergency safety vessel that was tethered to the warship. Prior to this engagement, DLNR Officers at Pokai bay confirmed the war vessel to be departing the area and not in violation of any State of Hawaii boating laws and not violating any mooring regulations. A DLNR DOCARE Officer nearly falls in the ocean while trying to post notice upon the warship Hawaii, under the command of Col. Lilikoi, S.K. on 12-29-21 There is no constitutional authority that the State of Hawaii is foundationed upon. The Joint Resolution which founded the State of Hawaii holds no power of constitutional authority to evolve the State of Hawaii into lawful existence. The State of Hawaii, instead, is designated by both Hawai‘i and America as an insurgency descended from the provisional government and is therefore state-less and country-less.
